The Remodelers Council of the Home Builders Association of Sarasota County is dedicated to providing quality education, information, and business and social networking opportunities to members involved in the remodeling and renovation of housing. Any builder, associate member or employee of a firm that is a member of the association is eligible for membership in the Council. Members of the local council automatically become members of the NAHB’s National Remodelers Council. Meetings are on the third Thursday of every month.
Yearly membership is $75.00
The Green Building Council of the Home Builders Association of Sarasota County is open to any member of the HBASC. Monthly meetings are held on the third Monday of each month. The meetings offer regional and national speakers; networking with others who make green building and sustainability a focus in their business; ongoing education about new green products and trends; and the opportunity to help educate others in the building trades about the benefits of green building. Sarasota County stands out among other counties in its promotion of sustainability. The Green Building Council offers an opportunity to learn more about those County initiatives.
Yearly membership is $75 and is used to offset the costs of the speakers and meeting space.
The Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association of Sarasota County is designed specifically for individuals seeking greater understanding of the new homes sales industry and serves to recognize those members through awards programs that showcase examples of sales and marketing excellence. Any builder, associate member or employee of a firm that is a member of the Home Builders is eligible for membership in the Council. Members of the local council automatically become members of NAHB’s National Sales & Marketing Council.
Yearly membership is $60.00
